GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 (‘‘Law’’), the personal data owners are defined as the data subject or their legal representatives (‘‘Applicant’’ or ‘‘Data Subject’’). Article 11 of the Law provides several rights to data subjects or their representatives thereof, namely the right to learn whether their data has been processed, to request if such data have been processed, to correct them if the content of the data is incomplete or incorrect, to delete and destroy them if it is processed unlawfully, to notify the third parties to whom the data has been disclosed and to request compensation for the damages due to the illegal processing of the data.
Pursuant to Article 13 paragraph 1 of the Law, you must submit your requests regarding the processing of your personal data to the data owner, Hyssa Company (‘‘Company’’). Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request, from the date of receipt by us, as per Article 6 of the Communiqué on Application and Procedure Principles to the Data Controller (“Communiqué”). However, if the transaction requires a separate cost, a fee may be charged as per Article 7 of the Communiqué.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Application by Mail or in Person: You can apply in person or by mail to the address of the Company, with the application form filled and signed by the Applicant and the documents showing your identity. You can also send the duly filled form to info@hyssa.com via e-mail.
2. You can also apply through a notary public or through methods that are legally valid and provide the opportunity to verify your identity. It is recommended to comply with the above-mentioned issues in the applications as much as the relevant method allows, as it will increase the probability of the application being concluded in a short time.
