Withdraw funds

Step 1: Tap “Withdraw”
On the dashboard, tap the Withdraw button.

Step 2: Select Pocket & Destination Account

• Choose the pocket balance you want to withdraw from (e.g. “PB”)
• Select your linked bank account (e.g. “John’s account”) from the dropdown list
  
  

 💡 If you haven’t linked a bank account yet, scroll to Step 6 below.

Step 3: Choose Currency & Enter Amount

• Select the currency (e.g. Lira ₺, Dollar $, or Euro €)
• Enter the withdrawal amount. 

If the entered amount exceeds your balance, you’ll see an “Insufficient funds” error in red.

Step 4: Review Withdrawal Summary
Below the amount, you’ll see a breakdown:

• Total after deduction
• Broker’s commission (clearly stated, e.g. ₺16)

Bank transactions may take 3–5 working days to complete.

Step 4: Add Bank Account (if needed)
 If you haven’t linked a bank account yet, tap “Add bank account” and fill in the required fields:

• Name
• IBAN or account number
• BIC/SWIFT code
• Reference (if any)
• Owner name

Then tap “Add account.”

Step 5: Confirm & Transfer
Review the total amount (including broker’s commission). Tap “Transfer” to initiate the withdrawal.

Step 6: Success Message
You’ll see a confirmation message once the withdrawal has been successfully submitted.

Withdrawal Notes:

• You may be limited to a specific number of withdrawals per month.
  Broker fees are displayed before confirming the transfer.
• Processing time depends on your bank and region.
