How to manage & update your kyc documents

Document Types in the App:

• Identity Front Side
• Identity Back Side
• Selfie

Statuses You May See:

• ✅ Success: Your document was verified.
  🕒 Pending: Document is being reviewed.
• ❌ Rejected: Something went wrong. You’ll need to resubmit.

Steps:

1. From your profile, tap Documents.
2. You’ll see a list of document types and their current status.
3. Tap any document to view details:
   • Created at / Updated at
   • Uploaded file or image
4. If Rejected, tap the item to resubmit a clearer photo or correct file.
5. If Pending, wait for the review to complete (usually within xxxx hours).
6. For Success, no further action is needed.

📘 Term to Know:
KYC (Know Your Customer) – A mandatory identity verification process to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
